In cooperation with Latvia’s five biggest commercial banks, a lending proposal has been prepared for the acquisition of Avotu Nams apartments. Each of the banks has a credit specialist directly informed about the Avotu Nams project. Thus, a decision about granting financing will be taken in the shortest possible time and the procedure of drawing up documents will be fast.
Starting from March 2015, the amount of the first payment, when acquiring an apartment through the intermediary of a bank, is 10-15% of the apartment acquisition price.
Moreover, families with children can get a mortgage loan with preferential conditions for the first payment within the framework of the state support programme for acquisition of housing at all of the aforementioned banks.
